Ewan Munro – Founder & Partner
Ewan has 23 years Real Estate Investment, Advisory and Asset Management experience in Asia, starting his career in Vietnam in 1997 with Brooke Hillier Parker Real Estate Advisors in Hanoi and moving to join Jones Lang LaSalle in 1999. Ewan spent 5 years with Jones Lang LaSalle mostly in Hong Kong as part of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Valuation and Transaction Advisory Team, and in Indonesia as part of the Commercial Markets team. Ewan’s experience in Indonesia also included 3 years working within an Indonesian family office with responsibility for managing a real estate development project in Jakarta.
Prior to setting up Midori Investors in 2019, Ewan was a Senior Partner at LimeTree Capital Partners in Hong Kong and Thailand for 13 years. Ewan has a strong track record of sourcing and managing investments and partnerships for family offices, institutional investors and real estate investment funds.
Casey Au – Co-Founder and Partner
Casey Au is an MA Economics graduate of Trinity College, University of Cambridge and has spent his entire 16 year career in Real Estate Finance and Investment. Casey started at JPMorgan and Lehman Brothers’ London offices in commercial real estate structured finance. Casey then joined Tesco, a FTSE 100 British multinational retail company, and became Head of Corporate Finance Asia where he led real estate financing transactions in China, Korea, Thailand and Malaysia. He most recently completed 7 years at LimeTree Capital, a Hong Kong headquartered real estate private equity platform, as Partner and Chief Investment Officer where his responsibilities included deal origination, transaction execution and capital raising for investments in real estate across Asia.
Wilson Chan – Senior Vice President, Investments & Asset Management
Wilson has over 10 years experience in real estate investment, asset management and financial analysis. Prior to joining Midori Investors, Wilson was Vice President of LimeTree Capital Partners focusing on real estate investments and asset management. He also spent 3 years in a pan-Asia private equity firm responsible for portfolio management.
Wilson commenced his career at Deloitte, spending over 6 years in financial advisory and assurance services with clients in private equity fund, real estate management and development. Wilson holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is also a CFA Charterholder, HKICPA member and Certified Financial Risk Manager.
Carina Leong – Senior Finance Manager
Carina has over 10 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, project management and taxation working for real estate investment and property management companies including Alpha Investment Partners Ltd, Mapletree Commercial Trust Management Ltd and Jones Lang LaSalle Property Management Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining Midori Investors, she was the Executive Finance Manager of Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council where she was responsible for the overall financial management functions.
Carina holds an ACCA professional qualification and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham, UK. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
Mrs. Kessanee Raweewat – Asset Management
Roles include asset management, sales & marketing coordination, market research & analysis, company compliance, and corporate administration.
Ms. Saranrat Prapapatwong – Accounts and Administration
Roles include company administration, finance, audit & accounting coordination, and office support.
