Ewan is now resident in Japan and has a strong track record of direct sourcing,\nunderwriting, structuring and investment managing real estate investment\nopportunities for family offices, institutional investors and private investors.<\/p>\n

Prior to setting up Midori Investors in 2019, Ewan was a Senior Partner for 13 years at\nLimeTree Capital Partners, a Hong Kong headquartered real estate private equity\nplatform.<\/p>\n

Ewan has 30 years Asia Real Estate Investment experience, starting in Vietnam in\n1997 with Brooke Hillier Parker, moving to Jones Lang LaSalle Hong Kong in 1999 as\npart of the Asia Valuation and Transaction Advisory team, and onto Indonesia as part\nof the Commercial Markets team. Ewan\u2019s Indonesia experience continued with 3\nyears within an Indonesian family office platform, overseeing a logistics and mixed-\nuse real estate development in Jakarta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Wilson Chan – Director, Investments & Asset Management\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h6>\n

Wilson has over 15 years experience in real estate investment, asset management and financial analysis. \u00a0Prior to joining Midori Investors, Wilson was Vice President of LimeTree Capital Partners focusing on real estate investments and asset management. \u00a0He also spent 3 years in a pan-Asia private equity firm responsible for portfolio management.<\/p>\n

Wilson commenced his career at Deloitte, spending over 6 years in financial advisory and assurance services with clients in private equity fund, real estate management and development.\u00a0Wilson holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is also a CFA Charterholder, HKICPA member and Certified Financial Risk Manager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Carina has over 10 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, project management and taxation working for real estate investment and property management companies including Alpha Investment Partners Ltd, Mapletree Commercial Trust Management Ltd and Jones Lang LaSalle Property Management Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining Midori Investors, she was the Executive Finance Manager of Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council where she was responsible for the overall financial management functions.<\/p>\n

Carina holds an ACCA professional qualification and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham, UK.
